Please note, we require a minimum of one visit per day for all cats for their safety. (We’ve encountered cats who shut themselves into rooms without food/water/litter; cats who turned on stove burners; etc.)
Payment & Fee Policies:
A $5 visit surcharge applies on the following holidays
New Year's Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
A $5 event fee will be applied to each visit that occurs within (or requires travel through/around) a large public event. (i.e. Tulip Fest, St. Patrick's Day & Pride parades, Workforce Challenge road race, LarkFest, Art on Lark, etc.)
Holiday cancellations: Please understand that pet sitting services receive more requests for reservations than they an handle during these holiday time periods and we may have turned away other clients. If you cancel seven days or less before any listed holiday, you will be charged for half of the reserved visits.
Clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved bookings because the spot was held open for you and will not receive a credit for the unused visits.
$15 key pickup & return fee (no charge if your key is kept on file)
We accept cash, check, or credit card (by online payment).
New clients must pay in advance (at the new client meeting).
Established clients may leave payment for pickup at the first visit of a trip or pay online before they leave.
Returned check fee = $30. Returned check balance and fees must be paid by cash or credit within three days of notification of return.
